4 1/2 if I could but: the Crispy Chicken Sandwich sandwich is s always spot on, actually along with all of their sandwiches. This Primanti's is the best one out there (including the original, (at least lately) . Crispy Zucchini Planks were also the bomb. Arrived hot and crispy. This is the best breaded chicken breast fillet I've had anywhere.

I think I will be taking a break from Primanti's for awhile. This is the second time in a row that my sandwich was less than Meh. I ordered tha pastrami this time (bologna last time) the meat is sliced too thick making it extra tough and chewy. The slaw has zero flavor. It's taste like there was no salt , pepper, or vinegar. I feel like the ts hard to have tasteless pastrami due to the curing process, but this was a big bummer.

I ordered a grilled chicken salad. The chicken was like shoe leather and tasted old. The croutons were stale. The lettuce was either chucks of the hard stem or brown. Not edible.

Two times now they got my order wrong. I asked for no corn or egg on the grilled chicken salad. Last time there was egg and this time there was corn. It was so salty it was disgusting. Then the Breaded Mozzarella wedges were just bread. I assume the cheese is still sitting in their fryer. Overall my entire order was awful and waste of money. I won't be ordering again.

Primanti's is usually our go to when we don't cook dinner. We always order the Pitts-Burger and Cheese and the Pastrami and Cheese . This order we received was inconsistent. Both sandwiches were close to inedible. The fries were not fresh. You could tell they scrapped up all of the old hard fries that we laying in the bottom of the bin. They were so hard, we almost broke our teeth on it. My pastrami was cut too thick and was hard on the sides and not really grilled enough. The slaw was also cut thicker than normal which made it strong ing and hard to chew. It was a big bummer. We won't be ordering from South Fayette Primanti's for a while.
