Regularly order from here and it always hits the spot. I've tried lots of other Donaire places and this one has the best customizations. Chicken Shawarma Wrap is my go to comfort meal.

For the first time ever I am unhappy with my order from Primetime
The butter chicken shawarma wrap is so soggy, I can barely eat it. I had to use a knife and fork.
and the hamburgers were made wrong. came with all the things I'd asked to be removed.
disappointing.

It's my first time trying Primetime in about a year and was really excited. Unfortunately the quality has gone down a lot. The beef didnt have much taste and consistency of the beef was like mush. Really disappointing.

100% use day old meat on DoorDash/ skip orders. I've ordered a few times and everytime I have gotten the dry last little bit of donair meat that's on the rotisserie. At this point it's not a coincidence. Better to order from a different donair place.

I paid for extra meat and there's barely the regular portion of meat on here. Very disappointed - this is the third time I've complained about this location.
