This has place has just been added to my favorites. The first time I ordered from here. The pernil is great, very flavorful. The serving size is a little small. However, the rice and beans, FANTASTIC. DELICIOUS. Among the best I have ever had, quite possibly, the best. I was not planning on eating right now and only took a taste while it was hot. I could not stop eating it. I am a happy fat guy right now.

Food is always amazing my first time trying the Camaron Al Ajillo / Garlic Shrimp it was flavorful the portion was more then enough I also had my go to meal the Mondongo / Beef Tripe the freshness of it I wouorder both again

I was expecting at least three pieces of Queso Frito / Fried Cheese . but overall the food was excellent. The Pernil / Roasted Pork was outstanding, and the rice was perfectly prepared. While the beans weren’t my personal preference, the Sancocho / Dominican Soup And White Rice with white rice exceeded my expectations and was exactly what I was looking forward to—absolutely exceptional. The plátanos were also very well done. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely order again and recommend it to others.

Pernil was cut up and was sitting on a puddle of grease in the styrofoam container. Tostones were tasteless and very chewy. Plantains were small and way tooooo soft.
Arroz con gandules was very yellow. Why?????
Can you put effort into the authentic cooking that you presumably stand for.

I didn't like everything the meat was extremely rough. And they put too much mayo and no seasoning in the potato salad and it's just literally potatoes and a lot of mayo. And barely any meat but so much rice and beans. So not worth the money. I will not be going back and no it was not fresh tasted old.
