Ive ordered the same item many times,today food was cold and paid extra for a bag of chips.The snack size bag of chips sent to me were mostly crushed and not enough for my meal. To pay extra for chips when they used to include them to me is ridiculous, used to be a half of a big bag..now its snack size for the same price. I was really disappointed with my order. The bowl portion was extremely small — honestly more like a child-sized serving than a full meal. For the price, I expected much better. It felt like a waste of my hard-earned money. Would I order again? Probably not.

Skimped out on food, didn't add black beans. Very little rice very little chicken didn't add melted cheese only shredded when I asked for both. I ordered 2 bowls and maybe had 10 total pieces of chicken.

Man, my food taste decent. I'm not mad at that. I'm mad that I didn't add rice and paid for extra protein and I barely had any. Seriously felt disrespected by the amount of protein in my bowl for how much I paid.
