Soooooo good! The quality and taste is always on point! Mini Bowl is a large portion of everything in the bowl, not sure why its called "mini"! :o) Best queso , fresh and crunchy tortilla chips, just always a winner for me and my family! Hands down!

Staff killed it tonight. Felt like a 3lb + bag with just 2 burritos. Birria and pork. Crema and guac were aggressively added (in a good way). Almost tastes like they changed up the flavors/recipes a bit or someone got the ratios of toppings spot on. Much better experience than chipotle lately.

The 3-cheese queso was ok. It was really thick and not the consistency of cheese dip. It just was clumpy and not fresh. Tasted ok. Chips good but mostly broken up pieces and not whole chips. The QuesaBirria Quesadilla was great! Great taste. Good amount of meat and large portion. Overall I'd say 4 out of 5 stars.

We ordered Chipotle yesterday, and Qdoba today. We liked everything from Qdoba better, except the chips from Chipotle which we thought were thinner and had more corn flavor. But Qdoba wins overall! The fajita vegetables have a beautiful smoky and roasted flavor. The quesadilla grilled up to perfection. And flavorful salsa. The guac needs some hot sauce to liven it up. Overall two thumbs up.

First time ordering.... WOW. Made to order tacos... perfect and generous servings. Guac and warm chips.... perfect. And I rate guac just like I rate the potato salad at a cookout. Everything was very good and fresh. Will order again!!
