The Create Your Own Quesadilla is my favorite meal at Qdoba's. There is so much flavor here. I get the chicken. I have never been disappointed. The quesadilla always arrives piping hot with the cheeses bubbly and melted to perfection.

I can't say enough praise for Qdoba's freshly made guacamole. Honestly, I order the large size and use it as a stand alone salad. I have it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Their "create your own burrito" with grilled chicken never disappoints.

I have been a big fan of Qdoba for years and I had never tasted their Quacamole until yesterday. I liked it so much that I am back again today. It is fresh, mildly seasoned, great tasting, has veggies that crunch, and is tasty enough that I use the large serving as a salad!
