Perfect! Broth is light, meat in the soup very tender and the noodles have a perfect bite, not too firm or soft.

Mongolian L35. Mongolian Triple (Lunch) was dry. no sauce juice and only 2 shrimp. very disappointing.
L32. Shrimp with Garlic Sauce (Lunch) was just okay.
soups and egg rolls were excellent

It was my first time try this rest . I ordered the 87. Chicken Fried Rice and 40. Chicken Egg Foo Young and they w rather flavorless. I could only taste the grease the food was cooked in. The portion sizes are rather nice, but I was not a fanof the taste.

The orange chicken was really tasty but the 87. Chicken Fried Rice, 96. Beef Lo Mein, 86. Vegetable Fried Rice, 9. Egg Rolls, 10. Spring Rolls and 11. Crab Puffs were all bland. The food was hot and very fresh and the staff friendly and the service was very,very good However, I have not eaten here in about 5 years and the food was never bland. I would go out of my way to come dine in or for takeout. So I am shocked. I'm just not sure if I would order again. Maybe I'll try to dine in another time because it was New Year's Eve and maybe they had a lot of order.
