5 stars but a few things to mention. A) didn't send salad dressing w my salad. B) bag of chips and hummus was delicious but the chips were almost entirely crumbs. I don't mind paying for chips but I want some of them to be whole. Other than that was a very good experience.

steak kebabs where tender and juicy the peppers onions could have been cooked a little longer though. hummus was delicious!

Horrible experience. Extremely disappointed and we normally love Rachel's. The rice was hard as though it wasn't cooked all the way through, the fries for the Greek fries were burned, and the pita bread was dark brown (burned) and hard as a rock.

the bag of pita chips was crushed. maybe 5 whole chips in the bag, the rest was crumbs. I threw them away.
