I ordered 3 chicken sandwhiches with Mac and cheese, pickles and bbq sauce and asked for honey bbq on the side Everything was delicious! One sandwhich was missing the Mac and cheese but it was still good. Flavor was incredible with everything on the sandwhich, chicken was very crispy and the meat was still tender, the size of the sandwhich was large enough that it was a meal in itself. The pickles tasted like they were fresh from a farmers market! We will be ordering again! I was going to add a photo but everyone ate them up so fast lol

I didn't receive any of the sauces I ordered (on the side) so I had dry, unseasoned food. My bad for ordering a root beer float - by the time I got it, there was no float, the bubbles had collapsed leaving the glass only half full and the whipped cream on top curdled - that's disgusting for almost $5.

Generous portions, wide variety of sauces. The store was very clean, staff was friendly and the food was done quickly. They got my order correct. However, the tenders were very, very small like they had been cut into 3-4 slices per tender. The breading was so overly salty it was inedible. They were dry and overcooked. Fries were soggy. I really wanted to like it but sadly, I do not think I'll be back. If chicken is your main focus it needs to be right and it was far from it.

Pick up window service was awful - the girl acted like she didn't care if she helped you or not - and the woman in front of me had to ring the bell and knock on the window repeatedly to get someone to the window in the first place, items were left out (i.e. salad dressing, advertised salad ingredients) and one of the sides was only 1/3 of the way filled up. Nuggets tasted like they'd been sitting out for awhile - cold and dry. This was our 3rd try at Ray Ray's - and it'll be our last - seeing absolutely no improvement since the first week they were open - have done the drive-up twice and eaten inside once.

I want to give a solid rating but I have a few issues. maybe more suggestions than anything. We ordered the 20 Piece Family Tenders and they were good But I think they need to work on how they package the tenders. they put them in a tinfoil tray with nothing to collect the moisture, making the tenders soggy after being fried.
I also would like to state the employees at the Southport location were friendly but not concerned about the job as much as checking the orders to make sure they were right!
Next, we ordered loaded fries and they were amazing but moisture was also an issue! still great though.
The Garlic Parmasean and Mango Habanero sauces were the highlight of the meal.
the food was fresh but moisture played a big part in the taste of freshness!
also this location is fairly new so I have patience and will give it another chance after they've had time to work out the kinks.
