I usually love this place, the milk tea is easily above standard of any other place in the entire city, in my opinion, the best milk tea in Ottawa, however... their packaging is extremely uninspired, with no hole to put your straw in the lid, and their cups are prone to arriving with a broken lid. I'd love to say the risk is worth the quality of tea, but I would rather recommend visiting their location in person than ordering on door dash.
