Best cold brew I've had in a really long time!! It's really mellow and delicious even with extra shots. The Aussie Toast was also super delicious, they didn't skimp on the bacon which I really appreciated!

We love red elm! I'm celiac and we have breakfast here once a week usually. The waffles are made in their own makers to make sure I don't get sick. The eggs are done the same in mini waffle makers keeping it safe for me to eat as well. The waffles are so moist and fluffy not like most gluten free foods. They also give me a cup of salsa verde which makes the whole thing so good. The workers are amazing they work hard and keep the restaurants environment welcoming snd friendly. Highly recommend. They also have pistachio and toffee nut syrup for my coffee and Starbucks only has those during two months out of the year. Hands down they are the best. I love Red Elm. My husband and I will always support this little gem in the Tacoma area. :)

2 turkey sausage patties was really just one cut in half. Orange juice was actually an orange blend. You have to ask for no butter for the Vegan + GF Waffle to actually be vegan. Hashbrowns tasted a little stale. Would not order here again.

Amazing Gluten-free waffles and cafe con panna!! I grew up on Hilltop and have lived in another country for over a decade. Coming home to find delicious food right around the corner was such a welcome surprise.
Highly recommended and can't wait for my next visit!!

Great latte everytime! Love this place, I dont like added salt but they dont add any salt to their eggs or hashbrowns which might bother some; but still so delicious, fresh and light
