• 25/11/23One of the best restaurants on doordash. Never had a bad meal or experience from them and I'm not a seafood eater, they have other good options for people like me who don't like seafood.

• 28/11/24I have ordered several times and have always been totally satisfied until this evening. The container of lobster bisque for which I paid $11.39 was just over half full!!!! Was it deliberate or just sloppy? I don't know which, but I was short changed. I ordered it a couple of weeks ago and the container was full when I received it, and I expected nothing less this evening. I hate to pay a premium price for a great product only to be disappointed. The rest of the meal was satisfactory.

• 1/2/25the food was good but there were some disappointments. The portion size of the mashed potatoes seem very small as well as the Crispy Brussels Sprouts, which are delicious. The sprouts seemed like we were given the crumbs of the crop. I have had then at the restaurant and the size and portion seemed more appropriate then. I also got stuffed mushrooms.which were made like they didn't even care, a few of the Seafood-Stuffed Mushrooms weren't even stuffed!! they were flipped with the open part of the mushroom face down and the filling just. thrown on top. biscuits and shrimp were great, just not warm but it's delivery and it was really cold yesterday. I like red lobster and I'm always pleased at the restaurant so to not get the same quality in the food with delivery is very disappointing. especially given how much extra you are paying.

• 8/7/25I always enjoy the food from this restaurant. This time my quarrel was with the packaging. My shrimp alfredo was in a container that was placed sideways in the bag and all of the lovely sauce spilled out and ended up in the bottom of the delivery bag. What a mess!
