When Reno's gets it right, they are Rockstars. Ordered again this evening.  The Filet Medallions were cooked perfectly. The shrimp was spot on and not overcooked. . The broccoli was al dente steamed, not mush.  The baked tater was fluffy and good.  Finally got hot and buttery rolls in this order.  This delivery is 2 thumbs up.

Staff seemed to get a kick out of me just ordering a few ranch cups. This place makes its own ranch dressing and it's delicious and fair priced. However, there are much cheaper places to eat though, with food that is just as good, so sometimes I just stop to pick up a few side sauces on the way to my actual food of choice. I can rarely afford this place, but always a treat when I can.

Positives: 
-Hostess was nice and helpful. 
-Food was completed on time.
-The Cheese Fries were delicious as always. It's hard to find another place in Morehead that does traditional loaded fries. 
-The house made ranch dressing is also always good and the hostess made sure I received the one that came with the meal as well as the extra I ordered.

Negatives:
- They've made considerable cutbacks in serving sizes. The Cheese fries and Wings both used to be enough to fill 2-3 heavy eaters easily. Now combined it's probably enough to satisfy 1 heavy eater or 2 lighter eaters. 
-The pricing at this place has always been some of the least efficient in town. Only reserved for a special treat if you really like the food. They are quite literally the most expensive place to get cheese fries in town and the wings are barely competitive. Keep in mind this is after the portion cuts which used to make it somewhat justifiable.

-The boneless wing quality of this place is typically pretty poor. I don't really expect much from boneless wings but they don't seem to source their meat very well. I'm constantly discovering some wings are so full a cartilage or so tough, they are inedible. This is on top of the fact they are typically quite dry. They would sometimes be inedible if not for the sauce which isn't bad.

This place has very little going for it that other places around it don't do better. For example 800m away you can either get Huey Magoo's which has much better chicken and similar ranch dressing for nearly half the price. The same can be said for Don Senor across the parking lot with their Cheese Fries. They give you twice as much for nearly half the price without sacrificing quality. If you want traditional American Steak House food there's a cattlemen's also across the street that matches their pricing while offering surperior quality. This place has improved greatly since Covid with staff and organization, but everything else I care about has progressively gotten worse.

Weird experience this time lots of ups and downs. I was there on time but my food was still ten minutes late. The adorable red headed hostess was very kind and helpful towards getting it to me. The portion was cut for my cheese fries almost in half. My wing portion was doubled and a little burnt . Then I realized they just made me more fresh ones and didn't say anything about it. Overall very confusing but the food was pretty good and reasonably priced for a treat.

Pretty  quick service for a steak house. I do have some criticism. 1) Offer drinks. It's silly that if I get takeout from there I have to pick up a drink somewhere else when you serve drinks there. 2) The portion sizes are wild. I typically get chicken Boneless Wings and Durango Cheese Spuds as a treat to break my fast a couple times a month. Sometimes I'll get 6 wings and a container packed to the brim with fries. Other times ill get 15 wings and half that order or fries. It always feels completely random. Sometimes I feel cheated and sometimes I have no idea how im going to eat it all.
