The pho was delicious and of good quality. However, I suggest the store reconsider the amount of steak in the pho. My pho only had a few slices of steak, which was disappointing, which was considerably less than other place I'd tried.
That was definitely worth to try once. However, I might not go back to this store considering the amount.

their A1. Fried Spring Rolls (2) have a unique flavor-texture-crunch combo that I haven't found anywhere else. they're delicious, aren't super greasy, and sometimes I crave them so much that I order a whole meal just for these spring rolls.
I usually get the larger/sharing portion of the satay since it comes with more meat (H8. Chicken Satay) and the flavor never disappoints! comes with crisp, actually fresh greens & vegetables (that are never browned or wilted), and noodles that are never dry or greasy. packaging is always spot on, and flavor is always consistent. i love this restaurant!

T6. Hot & Sour Beef Noodle Soup- Hủ Tiếu Bồ Chua Cay: good portion for the money spent! All the ingredients looked and tasted fresh. May have to reorder this one in the future.
Due to how cold it is outside, I'm not sure the broth could cook the beef like when ordered in house, but I'll toss it into the microwave briefly to get that meat cooked!

The bun rieu was below average. Almost tasted like instant bun rieu and is missing so many of the traditional ingredients ! They just gave me a bunch of tofu and hardly any meat? And it was $18 each portion for basically tofu soup! I bought the most expensive pho too and it was mid. $20 a bowl?! The portions is bad and you would think they had better quality meat. The only thing that saved them was the pork chop plate. It was actually pretty good but if you're charging $19 you need to incorporate better servings and stop ripping people off in the economy! It was so small! You're better off going to Saigon, Van Loi, Binh Minh if you looking for authentic Vietnamese food. Spent almost $100 on this place and I'm so sad I feel like I wasted my money.
