The Stuff'Em Big Quesadilla was pretty good. The portion was definitely enough for me and I tend to eat a lot. They were a bit softer than I would like, but im pretty sure it was just because it softened up during the delivery time.
The Flame Grilled Chicken Tacos portions were pretty good as well. Got it with the corn tortillas, which were hardshell. I was expecting the soft corn shell style, but this was fine too. The delivery time also softened the shells up, so some parts were a lil soggy, but nothing crazy.

Overpriced garbage with small portions.
The Stuff'Em Big Quesadilla came flat with no chicken at all (and no way to choose a protein in the DoorDash menu) and was filled with greasy mixed cheese – despite the menu photo displaying chunks of cooked chicken. Incredibly misleading – you could honestly make this way better at home with grocery ingredients, and far healthier too/less oily.
The Holy Frijole Burrito and Raging Guacoholic Burrito were each palm sized – yet priced as two separate entrées each. The salsa and the street slaw with pickled onions were decent, but neither burrito actually had any substantial protein besides beans and cheese.
This really is Ricky Ticky Tacos from the actual packaging, and not Quesadas, but the point doesn't matter if the food simply sucks and is wildly overpriced.
I ate the "big" quesadilla and both burritos in one sitting feeling ripped off.
It simply sucks.

It's Quesada, but the options to order from Doordash aren't ideal. I got a quesadilla with chipotle tofu and it didn't come with anything else; I would expect cheese and perhaps vegetables in a quesadilla.

MARKED UP ITEMS FROM QUESADA!!!! it's just a ghost store of theirs to make more money.
