Absolutely amazing food. And its ALWAYS consistent with fast service. If you ever need to call in about a meal, they handle it immediately and kindly. I have been in this restaurant many times thru out 32yrs of living here. Never everrr, a bad meal here. Excellent service guys! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH ❤️❤️❤️

Paid $28 after tax and tip for an alright chicken burger (2 small chicken strips, didn’t even cover the bun) and tomato soup that was only half full and SUPER salty with large chunks of raw onion and tomato, as well as large woody dried herbs.

We've been searching for a good clubhouse for 2 years in this city. Hands for the best club house in all of Nanaimo. The good was amazing and fresh. The portions huge and oh my goodness that gravy is the best in town!

fair amount of food, not very flavorful. texture & taste similar to a tv dinner, watery & bland. if you're hungry, this was filling
packaged nicely, toast in seperate foil bag 👍 sour cream and salsa wasn't in the bag

Philly Cheesesteak was very good! Fries were soggy & undercooked.
Deep Dish Apple Extravaganza was missing Caramel & Ice Cream. Crispy topping was like soggy bread. At best, it was like warm canned apple pie filling. Definite waste of $8.50! I ate a great meal in Ricky's the previous week, so was really disappointed with the online order!
