I ordered the Medio pollo a la
Criolla, unfortunately I was unable to eat it. It was extremely dry and over cooked. It looked like it had been cooked from early morning and it just dried out.
The salad and the mash potatoes were good. That's all I was able to eat. The chicken was disposed of entirely. Do not recommend ordering that from here.

the Chicharrón de Puerco / Fried Pork Rinds were pale,meat dry, and tasteless. very disappointed.
