They followed the instructions I left on the order to exclude certain items, and they used real fajita steak for the quesadilla. They didn't skimp on the beans like some restaurants. The Spanish rice tastes authentic & seasoned very well. The queso is definitely made in-house & not the cheap kind. The salsa is the only thing that wasn't perfect in this entire order & even then, it's better than most other places. Lately, after the pandemic, a lot of restaurants have been skimping on ingredients when cooking food & it shows. They do not skimp here. The salsa is the place you can taste the most. A lot of restaurants have been using more tomatoes than anything else, so their salsa starts to taste like a spicy marinara sauce. This is solid food, I would say the salsa could use a touch more spice nut other than that I give it a 9.8/10
