Stands out from the other ice cream chains and way better quality in my opinion. Rita's is so much better than Dairy Queen- it's not even competition there. Only place to get frozen custard around here. Most of the flavors are phenomenal and they're always changing them up! Always have great unique choices that you can't find anywhere else and it's soooo hard to choose. The fruity ones tend to be a bit lacking but the rest are always so creamy and flavorful. My black raspberry custard, for example, tasted like vanilla- no fruit flavor at all. There were a lot of white streaks in it too so I'm thinking there wasn't enough flavoring. But the cotton candy on the other hand was awesome! It's a favorite in my family. You absolutely have to try it! It's sooooo creamy! The Italian ice is also always very good- my recommendation is you get the 5 layer gelati so that you get alternating layers of Italian ice and custard. You get a better flavor experience that way than with the traditional gelati. Highly recommend combining vanilla custard with key lime Italian ice. So refreshing!

For the price, I expect a full cup of Frozen Custard, not a huge hole in the middle. I don't know I'd you can tell from the photo, but you can tell they purposely swirled it only around the edge of the cup. If the Frozen Custard Pint is the same way, we will NOT be back.

I had the cookies and cream milkshake. it was pretty good. But a few too many oreos ground up in it.
Next time I will stick with something without a topping in it.
I appreciate the way it was packaged for delivery and it was still cold not melted upon arrival

The custards are good, but honestly the only sugar free option is a little insulting. We tried here because there was an option for sugar free and I felt bad because it was less than basic. Yes it's nice there is an option, but I wouldn't come here again because it was so weak.
