• 11/7/24We accidentally ordered from a Ritas that was 15 mins away instead of down the street, and everything actually arrived completely frozen and delicious, not like it took a long drive on a 90 degree day!

• 29/8/25They were out of one of the ice flavors I requested. One of the kids work called and was very apologetic and read through all of the other flavors for me. When I got my delivery, there was a little extra vanilla gelati. I thought that was such great customer service

• 16/7/23Enjoyed a new flavor of water ice, Raspberry Lemonade. Slightly tart and a little sweet; it is really tasty. I may have to take a break from my usual mango and chocolate water ice!
