Keep in mind it is the Dasher's responsibility to keep items cold after they leave the store. Most Dashers unfortunately don't carry their cold/hot insulation bag. Additionally, custards are weighed so while it may appear "small" due to the packaging, it is the correct size according to the weight. The one size fits all cups and lids can push the custard down into the cup. The taste was fresh and consistent with what I've purchased in store.

The root beer ice tastes like burnt chemicals. Something is not right with the mix. It has never tasted like this before.
