The Paitan Black Garlic Ramen was the best ramen I've had in Central TX (Temple, Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio). It wasn't overloaded with salt, but rather had a full body balanced flavor between sweet, savory, and just the right amount of saltiness. Get extra noodles because the rich broth is so good, it makes you want more and more. Eggs were perfect and delicious as well.

the Udon Ramen is quickly becoming my favorite as the Rockin' Yummen was fantastic as per usual rockin ramen always delivers elligent tast, quality, plenty of portion sizing you can tell it just came out. Highly recommended and trusted have not let me down for the years ive ordered or dined in. Lastly their packaging for pickup is phenomenal.

Amazing service and food! One of my favorite spots in Temple! The black garlic ramen and the Drunken' Ramen are top tier. The Thai Tea is also really good. I'm definitely trying the green tea and other items on the menu.

The ramen is definitely worth the hype! I was worried about ordering ramen for delivery, but they do an amazing job separating the broth and other ingredients so it stays fresh. The Paitan Black Garlic Ramen was amazing. The Tan Tan Dumpling were pretty standard, but good. I'll definitely be ordering again!

OMG! I'm not a big fan of ramen in general but I LOVED this- so flavorful -the chicken was wonderful and easy to eat! It's a lot of food- so I'm looking forward to lunch tomorrow! The egg rolls are also to die for! We definitely recommend Rockin Ramen
