• 13/1/26I keep giving this place a try but they keep disappointing. Horrible customer service, no one even spoke to me. And the grit bowel looks nothing like it's advertised and it's way over priced!

• 20/1/24I've ordered the Breakfast Burrito several times. The first two times it was good, but the last 3 times it has not been good. The potatoes are hard over cooked frozen potatoes instead of mostly sweet potatoes. I barely tasted any sausage which I paid extra for. The cheese is not melted at all, and the burrito itself is cold. It's disappointing. The Latte with Honey and Lavendar is good though!

• 8/1/25I liked it Half and Half. Since it was a breakfast item coming from Dilworth Community, there should have been TWO eggs not just ONE! I feel like the restaurant Roots Cafe is not aware of Dilworth's reputation and its dignity in Charlotte's Center City.
