Is Rosa's even Rosa's with no salsa? Last time we ordered they sent enough salsa for 10 people. This time...zero salsa. Also didn't include the queso we paid for. So disappointing. What we received was really good but definitely makes me not want to order if they don't send the salsa

I love Rosa's for sure. I am a little disappointed that they didn't get the order correct.
They didn't include the crispy taco shells that were ordered. I paid for an extra dozen tortillas in case people wanted to make a bean burrito or something it wasn't to replace the taco shells. Honestly this is the second time that I have ordered for a group meeting from this particular Rosa's and didn't get my complete order.
Also, I called and asked for them to include plates and utensils. They sent plates and serving utensils but no silverware. Even when I get a personal meal, I normally get plastic forks & knives.
