the right size for a decent price on door dash. it was really tasty. just wish there were a few more smoothie options

As evidenced by the number of orders I place at Roxberry, due to several health issues that make swallowing and digestion extremely hard, I find this to be a place a quality meal replacements.
The one issue I do have is that either your teams are having a hard time putting the lids on, or the lids get jostled during the delivery process. I'm going with the former. Two times at your location I have nearly dropped the entire contents of the smoothie to the ground because of how loose the lid was on; tonight was the third of fourth time, I had gone to take the smoothie (a very dark purple one) which barely if even had the lid on, which of course splattered on some new clothes I got for Christmas, my Golden Doodle and about six sq ft of my floor. So I paid for nothing and had a lot to do to clean it up when I am supposed to be on bed rest
I won't give your store a thumbs down. But I will make a following suggestions which will take you so far ahead of what that other franchise smoothie that starts with a J you'll need to open new locations.
- Open the special instructions option/allow for questions
- Add approx base calories counts per small and large; we can figure it out from there
- Clarify what adding chocolate means? - - Hershey's syrup? A chocolate powder with antioxidants? What?
- Make it %1000 clear which ingredients are vegan, which are soy free, dairy free. Nut free. And so on.
- Whey protein isn't soy free. -- allow one to choose their protein source -- nut allergies, provide choices with cashew butter.
Allow people to chose their base, ie, frozen yogurt and sherbet aren't the only two bases to be used in in a smoothie -- I use very cold plain yogurt, forming it into ice trays or just using an ice cream scoop
All just ideas. I just provide ideas to business, and if I were, I'd need to be a lot more prepared. Thanks for making it this far if you have. What it all boils down to is transparency in ingredients and nutritional info; and the ability to select you own ingredients (which is done fairly good already, but as with anything, there is always room for improvement'

10/10 recommend. The Tropical Twist smoothie was delicious and my co worker loved his Peanut P-Nut Butter Blast as well. If you have not tried Roxberry Juice, and have been thinking about trying it then this is your sign to do so today!

I only rated it 3 because I expected more fruit flavor. It tastes EXACTLY like fruit sherbet ice cream. I think I was mentally expecting more like Jamba Juice but these are two different places, obviously. Haha it's still delicious. Not sure how nutritious it is though. Hahaha

The Passion Paradise is so tasty and fresh!! it is the perfect consistency and the size was good. I would definitely order again and a excited to try other flavors!!
