I have to order from this place at least once a week. I looove the Shoyu Chicken Plate Lunch with half Sweet Garlic Chicken! Not to mention the sriracha/teriyaki sauce mix. I use to favor other Hawaiian food places that have the same dishes, but this place is my new forever favorite! Yummmie!!

Decided it'd been a few months since I last got Roxy's and that I'd see if they'd changed from the disappointing path of smaller portions and lower quality food; I am sad to say they have not.
The macaroni salad has remained nearly flavorless since whenever they changed the recipe and I really cannot fathom why; this used to be one of the best macaroni salads around, now it's revoltingly bland and gives me a deeper appreciation for just how bad a macaroni salad can be.
The Sweet Garlic Chicken Plate Lunch is highlighted by it's Sweet Garlic Chicken; it's too bad the portion size is about a third of what most of the reviews were ranting about at the time, myself included.
Was it still a fine lunch? Yes. Was it shrinkflated to feeling extremely overpriced? Also yes. Would I rather order Hawaiian Bros instead next time? definitely yes. Am I going to give them a 4th chance? Probably not.
It's a bummer to feel like a place I liked started gouging for their star dish! Oh well!

got everything but the island-style fruity juice and still got billed for it. pretty good food though! I can't tell if these look like the large orders or small sides but I'm going to assume it's what it's described as. chicken katsu is crunchy and tasty, orange chicken could use more of a glaze rather than liquid seeping out of the container and into the bag. Everywhere basically but still delicious nonetheless!

I'm usually very satisfied when ordering from here but this order was completely not what I expected. The noodles were cold, the mac salad was very bland & watery and the teriyaki chicken only had about 4 slices with the rest being those lil scribbles that you have left when you scrape the bottom of the pot. Unfortunately we may not order from here for awhile 😕

I know I ordered late on a Sunday night but I was really disappointed with my Kalbi ribs. They were mostly bones, cold and less than 5 pieces. I've never had a problem when ordering directly at Roxys but tonight was a fail and a big waste of money. I'm also going to have to cook something else since there was not enough in the order for dinner.
