I recently tried the Royal Biryani and it was an absolute delight! The rice was perfectly cooked, every grain fluffy and infused with rich spices. The aroma alone was enough to make my mouth water before the first bite.
I ordered the Chicken Dum Biryani, and the chicken was tender, juicy, and packed with authentic Indian flavors. The spice level was just right – enough heat to keep it exciting but not overpowering. The raita and salan served on the side complemented the biryani perfectly, adding a cool, tangy balance.
Portion sizes were generous and definitely worth the price. The packaging was neat, keeping the biryani warm and fresh.
If you’re a biryani lover, Royal Biryani is a must-try. Can’t wait to order again, especially the Mutton Hyderabad Dum Biryani next time!

I had heard from friends that Royal Biryani wasn’t great, but I still wanted to give it a try since their menu looked very compelling — especially the “wedding biryani” which sounded mouth-watering. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.
The biryani lacked flavor, had an improper salt balance, and the rice was overcooked and mushy — not the separate, fluffy grains you’d expect from a proper biryani. The biggest letdown was the so-called “raita,” which was literally just buttermilk — not even close to a proper raita.
Overall, it was a poor experience. If you’re craving good biryani, I strongly recommend Toor Biryani or Streets of India — both are far better. I wouldn’t recommend Royal Biryani for their chicken wedding biryani dish.
