I ordered the Strawberry Doughnut Snack Pack and Milk Chocolate Dip.
The donut pack was stuffed full and they didn't skimp on the chocolate drizzle. Everything was still warm when it arrived and strawberry's tasted freshly cut.
The workers even wrote a cute thank you note on the bag.

Forgot to add the ice cream Empty Waffle Cone (6 of them for the family) again..... it seems to happen alot. Always little mistakes. But quality is fine. The size of the tub shave probably halved in the last 3 years. Really no value for money here anymore sadly

we had ordered 6 flavours in 2x packs - in future if flavours are unavailable, perhaps double up on the ordered ones you do have, rather than putting in other flavours that couldn't be more different from what was ordered. we asked for orange jaffa and received a bitter yoghurt flavoured icecream - and would of just preffered to have the requested ones that were available. alternatively we could of been contacted to let us know and if we wanted it to be replaced. I understand it was done in good faith, but it is risky guessing what people may like and substitutions without authorisation can often lead to disappointment.
