Best sushi ive had since moving here. The tuna on the Tootsie Roll was thick and seemed very fresh. The roll was absolutely delicious. The OmG Roll was basic, but a very good supporting roll. No complaints at all. The Miso Soup was much larger than most sushi places send.

I ordered from Ru San’s and everything was chef’s kiss — huge portions of shrimp fried rice, pork belly fried rice, salmon maki roll, and a Philly roll. Fresh, flavorful, and delivered right to my door 🍣
I will be ordering again!

The salmon was grilled PERFECTLY! Beautiful! Not overcooked at all, not undercooked at all. The sauce paired nicely with the vegetables and the salmon. And the sushi is to die for! I love love love love this place!

Let me tell you something — this Pork Belly Fried Rice was delectable in every sense of the word. The kind of meal that makes you stop mid-bite and just stare at it like, “Ain’t no way they made this for me.”
Everything was buttery and rich without being greasy. The pork belly? Perfectly cubed little flavor bombs. The veggies? Same thing — all cut with that Gordon Ramsay “every piece better match or I’m flipping the table” precision. You can tell whoever cooked this actually cares about their craft.
The flavors were insane. Deep, savory, layered — like whoever made this unlocked the secret fried-rice technique passed down through generations. And the fried egg on top? Chef’s kiss. Yolk was perfect. Not runny mess, not overcooked chalk — perfectly set with that golden drip when you break it.
And it arrived hot, not lukewarm DoorDash sadness. Actual steam when I opened the container.
I can’t express enough how good this was. I’d order it again without hesitation. Honestly might order two next time.

This was the first time trying these items and I was not disappointed. The fried rice is excellent. My mother learned how to make it in Taiwan and this tasted exactly like that. Perfect shrimp fried rice. I was expecting to be disappointed but was very pleasantly surprised. I combined it with baked mussels which were very generous in size and there were seven total. It was almost more than I could eat in one sitting. I could have eaten that alone with white rice and been perfectly satisfied. There were spinach greens forming your bed too compliment the muscles and a lovely juice that came from them. The packaging was so well done that they were able to contain the juice so that you could perhaps pour it over white rice or eat the muscles over white rice. Again very impressive. It was a combination of foil paper and saran wrap. It was the same on the fried rice so there was no juice leaking and it actually kept the heat in also. for dessert I had the cream puffs with chocolate sauce and again it was delicious. My mother also made these for me when I was little girl and these were just like she would make them just smaller. I believe there was something like five of them and it was more than one person really needed it. I had lots of leftover chocolate sauce so again generous portions. I have to say that RUSANS has done it again and made me a very happy customer on my birthday. Thank you so much for making me feel like I was with my mom and celebrating here alone at the same time. Highly recommended folks. And I am a difficult customer because I get the exact same thing every single time no matter what and it's not hot food, it's sushi. I really took a chance and it was a success.
