• 16/6/23The $15 Ancho Citrus Grilled Shrimp Burrito didn't arrive with the order. The citrus rice was so dry it almo cracked a tooth and the Original Fish Taco® Two Taco Plate had so little fish in it that it was mostly just cabbage and tortilla. Such a waste of money.

• 23/4/26double protein bowl was bone dry, i ordered it with steak and shrimp. steak was overcooked, and the rice and beans were bland, dry, and tasteless. the portion is great! just the seasoning on the meat was bad. i tried getting past the flavor of the bowl but honestly it just tasted bad and i couldn't eat it. it wasnt fresh, the chips were stale. i wont be ordering again.

• 8/8/23The California bowl came with literaly four pieces of lettuce. Barely any rice, and two thin slices of salmon for $17.
We have had the same thing at the store and for pickup and never had a problem, it looks like the doordash portion is on a different scale.

• 24/7/24Rice in the bowls we received were hard as a rock, as if it was only cooked for a few minutes. Crunchy like Grape Nuts cereal. Paid more for extra cheese and didn't even seem like we got what you would expect withOUT adding extra cheese. This is the 3rd time in a row when things have been below poor quality. Done with Rubios!
