I have known about this restaurant for maybe 30 years from passing it, but only recently tried it. i have been missing out! Outstanding food, both in the  restaurant and delivered. Huge portions, reasonably priced, and absolutely delicious. A real step above and beyond your typical "pizzeria Italian restaurant."  Choices you do not see everywhere and real quality. My only regret - that I have missed out for so many years.

The food was the best we have had in a long time.  The baked clams you can die for. The shrimp scampi was great!  The chicken rolls time was great. Not to mention the extra at the end. We have not had this kind of food since eating in a private home in Italy. What a treat   Hope they keep it going!

This is the very first food review I've ever left in my life. Everything I ordered was AMAZING! I can truthfully say this is the best Italian restaurant I ever had, plus I'm 100% Italian, come from a food background and own a catering company!! The chicken Pollo Francese (Chicken Francese) was tender juicy and filled with flavor. The Melanzane Alla Parmigiana (Eggplant Parmigiana) was moist as anything and had a flavorful sauce. The Spidini Siciliano WAS THE BEST I EVER HAD!! I have no words for it. The Antipasto Misto (Mixed Antipasto) had the perfect variety and ratio of cold cuts, cheese and other ingredients. The salad was fresh and crisp. The Bruschetta consisted of sweet, ripe red tomatoes chopped to perfection. It was truly a piece of art. The potatoes were roasted and seasoned to the tee with the perfect blend of herbs and spices. Not too powerful, pleasing to the pallet. I tasted notes of oregano, freshly cracked black pepper, fresh sea salt, and other delicious flavors. The broccoli was Al dente just as I like it. The escarole was incredible and packed with flavor. I definitely recommend you order from ruffinos! You won't regret it!
