I have tried every expensive restaurant on DoorDash... they don't hold a candle over the simplicity and just plain good food at Russ'. I've been wasting my money! I didn't love their cream pie but the other dishes were terrific!

Picked up order, got home, missing my side order of French fries. Called Casey mgr, he sincere apologized. Russ' has great food. Employees need to pay attention to orders. Also, paid 7$ for a piece of cake that was smaller than the size of my palm, which was packed in the bag with hot food and was part melt on bottom.

I regularly place drive through orders for delivery. My last order both Julienne Salad's were half the normal size. Not only was it half the size there was so much purple cabbage after I picked that out I had even less.

Ordered the $7 salad, foolishly thinking it'd be half the size of the $14 salad. It had about as much lettuce as you'd expect to find on two burgers. What a rip off.
