S&S Cafeterias is routinely out of dark meat fried chicken on Sundays. This should be an indicator to management that you need to fry more chicken! White meat fried chicken was substituted on two recent occasions because you were out of dark meat and both times the white meat was tough. Also I love your coleslaw but the portion size is entirely too small and should be at minimum two times the size for the price charged.

Mac and cheese standard good classic Mac an cheese. corn bread dressing pretty good. the chopped steak is juicy but portion is small but you do get two small patties. roll was soft and warm and jalapeño cornbread tasted good but a bit dry. HOWEVER the entire outsure of the bag smelled like cigarette smoke which I am allergic to. inside of bag did not though so I think thag might of been the driver not the restaurant. overall decent meal cheap price.

Squash was delicious. Cornbread dressing too salty. Have no idea what piece of meat. The chicken was. It was horrible. It was fried fish oil because it tasted like fried fish. However, I have always loved y'all and love southern food with you fell off wall.

very disappointed! The rice was mushy and appeared watery. I had to scrape to salvage the liver and then cook my own instant rice. I am glad I always get extra gravy in a cup. The cake looks like it was thrown in the container and a small slice for over $3.00. This was not the S&S I'm accustomed to. Again, disappointed.
