I've never had Quesa Birria’s with cinnamon. wasnt of a fan of it having said that why the meat was tender it was incredibly greasy. mine nor my husband's stomachs handled it well. its a good base, but I think the dish needs some work, the meat and consume are waaaaaaaay too sweet and greasy
