Ordered a DESIGNERS CHOICE ARRANGEMENT- SMALL plus a 18" BIRTHDAY BALLOON and it was so precious. The local florist did a lovely mix of flowers and matched the roses with a red balloon that just looked perfect together. It was sweet and super quick arrangement for a long distance birthday gift. I feel the price was also very fair for what was delivered.

I sent flowers for my mom’s birthday, but what she received was unacceptable.
The bouquet looked nothing like what I ordered — the number of flowers didn’t match, and the arrangement was poorly packaged, almost like trash.
I’m very disappointed with the quality.
