Milk tea was missing from my order, but the freaking B1: Banh Mi Bo Kho made up for it! Think the comforting stew your mama made you growing up, BUT with a vietnamese twist that brings it to the next level without losing that comfort. Cilantro is a big hit in Bo kho, and I know there's likely ginger as well (tho it's not a strong flavor). I lived in Vietnam for 3 years, and Saigon restaurant's version is just as good as what I had there, but with more beef! Really, really impressed. Bravo, it satiated my craving.

Their Bun Bo Hue is seriously the BEST I have ever had! I've been going here for years, but it's my first time placing a to-go order and the quality is still outstanding. Especially during this weather, it is such a savory, comforting pick me up. The amount they give is awesome and the freshness is top tier. Would absolutely order from here again! I can't recommend this dish enough.

The food was perfection. It was my first time eating from here, and I was seriously blown away. The Thit Heo Xao Rau Cai (shredded pork) was phenomenal, and I was so surprised to finally find a restaurant in this city that knows how to make steamed rice (I've lived here for 9 years). My compliments to the chef, this food is GOOD.

Have been coming here for years and it's always consisent! Love the pork egg rolls and pork vermechilli! Also great portions and always made fresh :). Would recommend to anyone I know!

I love Vietnamese entrées and Saigon is consistently excellent! I ordered Com Chien Thap Cam and Cha Gio for lunch today and the delectable portions were also generous! If you're craving new worlds of food, I highly recommend Saigon - treat yourself and discover one of the best restaurants in Lubbock!
