I think I found my favorite Salted & Spicy Lobster (One). The portion of the Lobster very big very flavorful, nice and spicy and it was fried to perfection. Please keep it up. I enjoyed it.

I use to really lile thod place. Idk if they have a new cook or what but the food unflortunately, hasnt been so great
Salted Spicy Shrimps No Shell was dry and very overcooked
Scallion Pancake was also dry and lacked any flavor
The House Special Fried Rice was bland if it weren't for the bites of sausage.

I am very disappointed with Lobster Stir-fried with Ginger & Scallion (Two). It was not good at all. Greasy, gummy, slimy and just terrible. I will never order from Saigon one again. The rice was also poorly prepared with chunks of lettuce( not shredded) that had turned brown. The chicken In the pad Thai was also slimy and rubbery . Absolutely horrible.
