I have tried several different kinds of pizza from SLP and the Vampire Killer (spicy pepperoni), Toni Pepperoni, Spaghetti & Meatballs are all awesome. The ingredients all taste very fresh. The pasta is Al Dente which is awesome the pasta is always toothy but soft. The star is the pizza of course though the dough is thin but crispy. Some of the best pizza I've ever had much less in Shreveport. Cant recommend this place enough just worried I'll make it too popular and ruin this hidden gem!

The Rod (Sausage) The Crust was perfect. One of the best in the city. The Italian Sausage and sauce was bland. If there had been more spice to the sausage and sauce the cheese and peppers would have made a perfect balance. Great idea but poor product.
Panzanella Dinner , was expecting more of a Caprese salad, but again the dressing was lacking flavor.

I absolutely love Saint Laurent Pizza! It's an amazing little chill spot after work for a slice and beer or to take the whole family for a pie. I usually get the Beastie Boi but I missed my baked goat cheese and focaccia bread. I picked up a combo as well. I wanted to try Roscoe's Remix with fried chicken, Belgian waffle pieces and hot honey - it did not disappoint! Whether you try a classic slice like The Portnoy or experience somthing new with the slice-of-the-day, your tastebuds will thank you. Portion sizes are perfect and the staff are happy to customize if you prefer gluten-free options. The quality and freshness of their ingredients sets their pies levels above your expectations.

I just came here to say the SEVEN DOLLAR brownie was worth negative three dollars! It was hard on the top and tasted like it had been sitting in the fridge for some time. Wouldn't have cared if it was only like 3 dollars tho. The pizza was okay
