This place is AMAZING. Wow! Very authentic. Flavor is good. And the drink is amazing. If you're a huge foodie like me? Please try it! It's packed with fresh veggies and portion was great! Although the meat slices are thin but it is still pretty good. They even add extra shrimp paste (IFKYK) but I added a bit more fish sauce and some Thai chili and it was perfect!

The broth for the Pho was delicious and hot when my food arrived. The chicken was tasty too with a nice portion of chicken and noodles. The Calamari was nice and crispy. The add-ons like the bean sprouts and mint were all fresh. Overall great meal.

Broth lacked flavor, had to heat up my broth for additional 5mins because the noodles never soften up

I recieved the worst customer service ever. even though Imade my order through doordash, I called the restaurant to try and make a small request but before I could the man who I spoke with over the phone disregarded me after me only saying i had an order from doordash and the name of the order. He hung up right then and there and this happened several times of me trying to call, he would answer and hang up after two words, and would deliberately reject my calls. i never even got to my request. I had a friend who spoke his language and she told me that that man was rude and would also sweep her off to the side. Mind you, she spoke his language. That person was just straight up rude. I paid $13 for extra meats and ended up not getting exactly what I asked for. I was afraid this would happen. I am a first customer here, and I would never order from Saito & Pho ever again.
