Salad, wrap, and kid bento were all fresh and well packaged. The soup was half-full, cold, and coagulated. It looks as if they were out of soup and, instead of removing the soup or communicating, they just scraped out the last dregs.

The last 2 times I have ordered from Salada my order has been very wrong. Items missing and items added not ordered. Seems like I get someone else salad. Very disappointing. What happened to the quality control?

This location always gives you the bare minimum and the vegetables seem to be old

They no longer have the section where you can down the specific directions, so I have to call. Luckily they did pick up and made it according to what I wanted. Thanks, it's perfect!
