ill be real with you -- the food is fantastic but the portion size i got? not worth the money i paid. i barely got any of the brisket, not even a full slice. essentially i paid 25 dollars for not even a full piece of brisket, 4 wings and two small sides? the popover wasnt good, wasnt cheddar or bacon. just dry bread.

The Brisket Plate had the audacity to be $30. for one measley slice of brisket and a slice of fat. the macaroni and cheese was watery and mushy. the ribs were burnt. some of it was so charred on the edges I thought it was part of the bone. at least the hush puppies were good.

It was a lot of food. the meat was very juicy and tender. the sauce packets were convenient and the mac and cheese was fab.

The food is, as always, excellent. The burnt-end Brisket was perfect and the ribs were practically melting off the bone. Huge sides too.
