The sirloin was cooked perfectly, the smoked macaroni and cheese has a wonderful flavor and the broccoli was crisp-tender and not over cooked. Saltgrass is my favorite steak house!

The lTenderloin Bites were tough, and the Green Beans s were almost cold. Green Beans were well cooked but over-priced ($5.49) for the small amount received. I have ordered both of these before and they were much better.

I do love Salt Grass, mainly for the Grilled Chicken! It's always very flavorful and moist. Every now and then you'll get a thinner one that might be dryer but it's normally very consistent and really good. I enjoy the dinner salad, unless they're skimpy on the toppings. They have great croutons. Their Baked Potatoes are normally really good, as are the Garlic Mashed. I've heard the Smoked Mac&Cheese is good but I've never tasted it.
I like their steaks, but honestly for the price they are not as flavorful as Texas Roadhouse. I love a good medium rare Rib-eye but for some reason theirs tend to be too fatty. That's what makes a Rib-eye tasty but not if there's too much fat, then they're a bit too greasy and you're paying for fat. The Madeen's Filet is always very tender but tends to lack much flavor. The Carrot Cake is great, but a slice can feed about 3-4 people!

Steak was tiny, thin and dried out. Not much of a filet. Baked potato was also dried out and cold. This does not look like a $50 meal.

I've had better chicken fried steaks in school lunchrooms. Everything was kind of sweet, the breading, mashed potatoes and worst of all the gravy. I don't know if it's all Saltgrass locations or maybe this one had is cooking area contaminated with stray sugar but it was gross and off putting. If I want sweets I'll order dessert. Overpriced and disappointing.
