THESE WERE HANDS DOWN THE BEST DONUTS I HAVE EVER HAD. IT WASN'T JUST THE CINNAMON ROLL THAT WAS BETTER; IT WAS THE GLAZED ROUND, AND THE TWISTS AND BARS, TOO. THE CHOCOLATE AND THE MAPLE THEY USE ARE PERFECT. THEY'RE NOT TOO SWEET OR TOO THICK. AND......OH MY GOSH, THE BAVARIAN CREAM DONUTS........ THE CONSISTENCY OF THE CREAM IS ACTUALLY ALMOST FLUFFY. I LIVE IN ESCONDIDO, BUT I WILL NEVER HAVE A PROBLEM DRIVING 25 MINUTES EACH WAY FOR THESE DONUTS, OR PAYING THE EXTRA FEE WITH DOOR DASH. I WOULD INCLUDE PICTURES, BUT THE DONUTS ARE ALL GONE ;-)

Coffee was strong and hot, creamer and sugar was provided in a nice little bag. The donuts? Perhaps the best cake donut I've had from coast to coast. Sure, Voodoo in Portland is cool, and Hole in Asheville, NC makes an incredible yeast donut...but Sam's creates a perfect donut specimen. A+++!!

I order from this shop frequently (because their donuts are the BEST) and my order very rarely changes. Today I changed my order up and decided to not get one of my normal donuts but, because of how attentive the staff is, they must have assumed I forgot to add it and added the doughnut to the box anyway. Thank you, Sam's Donuts!

Half Dozen Mix is a must, eventhough there are only 2 of us they usually don't last 12 hours. Even the next day they are good I love the old fashion, glaze, CIN CRUMBLE IS 13/10, 5 stars, (seriously). The jelly filled are excellent if you like a lot of filling, personally not a huge bostoncreme fan but hubby is and he said 10/10. Say sage and Egg Croissant is my fav breakfast sanwich on DD, I get no tomato or lettuce. The samwch is always still warm when it gets here :). I'd like to add the staff here always get my custom orders correct and they even throw an extra donut in there sometimes (,: Thank you Sams for taking pride in your service and quality.
