Welcome to Menudería y Taquería Chihua’s! Located at 6185 E 72nd Ave. Commerce City, CO. We offer a wide array of fresh food – huevos a la mexicana, sopes, enchiladas, chile relleno, fajitas de pollo/…
I order from this restaurant often and today the order was lacking. My Menudo Grande was mostly broth with very little hominy and tripe also way greasier than normal. The Street Tacos were also skimpy. I'm very surprised because they are usually very consistent and delicious.

I had high hopes, but the Chilaquiles were so soggy and salty and didn't have sour cream. Beans were okay but salty too
