Pizza Dough Sandwiches. We ferment our dough for 48 hours to make it flavorful. We combine the most popular 2 items - pizza and sandwiches into one dish. It is Italian sandwiches with LA vibe.
The dough was excellent. There was a perfect amount of proscuitto. There was a bit less burrata than the picture, but it was somewhat well-balanced. It should come with pesto. But $22 ($25 with pesto) felt unethical / extremely overpriced, especially for the size. If you charged $10, you would sell a LOT more and make significantly more money. E.g. Trader Joes makes more money than Gelsons because l their prices are low. This was the main point that felt incredibly disappointing, however the sandwich itself was delicious and the quality was excellent.

I'm not kidding when I say that I would eat the Chicken Caesar every single day if my wallet and waist would tolerate it! One of the best things I've ever put in my mouth. Chicken is moist and crispy and the Caesar dressing is top tier!

The cheese was undetectable on the mortadella. I wish there was an option where you could add more as I would not mind paying extra. With that being said, it was delicious! The bread and meat were so yummy and fresh tasting! The Chicken Caesar was absolutely amazing!! The prices are very reasonable for such fresh yummy food.

Chicken Caesar was flavorful, filling, well portioned & the cutlets were perfectly crisp. the Nutella was also huge & delicious. 100% would order everything again :)

The Strachetti meatball and Nutella were very tasty but needed more fillings in all 3.
The bread is just delicious!!
