Hands down the BEST soul food in Michigan. Everything was delicious and so well proportioned I was able to eat 3 times off 1 plate. The birthday cake, was out of this world as well. Very moist and soft. 20/10!!

This is one of my go-to spots for real soul food. I’ve tried the smothered pork chops, catfish, whole wings, collard greens, yams, dressing, and peach cobbler—and everything has been consistently good every time. The food is well-seasoned, cooked with care, and tastes like it was made with love. They’re also efficient and accurate with my orders, which I really appreciate. If you’re craving comforting, home-style soul food, this place does not disappoint.

I am from the south so maybe I've been spoiled but- I ordered the hot honey Whole wings with collard greens and dressing and Banana Pudding. The wings are great and have a lovely crunch but hot honey was missing but they replaced the hot honey with hot sauce packets. The dressing is edible but very bland and very mushy. The collard greens was a let down and missing heat but I'm grateful I can at least order greens without having to make it myself. Cornbread was super moist and pretty good while the banana pudding was super good! Overall the food is not worth the price but is okay overall. Portion sizes are good! Great wings and banana pudding!

The best quality, made with love! I would eat here every day if I could. Highly recommend fried pork chops, and the rice and gravy. Portion sizes are perfect.

Ordered for the first time through DoorDash and the food is amazing! The desserts amazing. I will attach everything my family and I ordered. The catfish was seasoned to perfection. The smothered pork chops were good and I don’t like pork chops, but I tried it. The Mac and cheese and yams so good. I prefer cranberry sauce but the dressing was good. I will definitely be back when it’s time for a reward.
