We live 20+ minutes away but our order was nice and hot. I was so pleased to find they included an extra serving of teriyaki sauce for each entree. It's such a delicious dinner for the price. They are the best savory food at the mall (quality has not declined since I moved here in 2002)and arguably the best Japanese food in town.

Other food items are great. The portion size is like two meals, so it's worth the money. It tastes fresh. Will always order again. My only issue was tonight the teryaki it was bland. Still have to heart it because everything else has been well.

If you take a gamble and order extra chicken more than likely you'll receive bigger chunks of chicken rather than the actual extra you pay for. Happens way too often with this place. Oh, they also put more veggies to compensate and give the illusion you get what you pay for.

CHICKEN & SHRIMP TERIYAKI. Chicken was rubbery. I counted 4 pieces of shrimp in my whole order. Also ordered 2 VEGETABLE SPRING ROLL, one came out burnt, the other was fine.

The CALIFORNIA ROLL. Is cheap and for a very good reason... it's 90% bland rice, not even sushi rice, and there's a very skinny and slimey piece of cucumber with a skinny and slimey piece of imitation crab. That is what you're getting... will never order food from this place again sadly.
