The sushi/sashimi at Sayori Sushi
is EXCEPTIONAL.  DELICIOUS,
FRESH FISH, MODESTLY PRICED.

The Salmon Lover is a GENEROUS
helping of SCRUMPTIOUS Japan-
ese raw fish.  4 nigori Shake, and 6
double-thick Sashimi slices with a
6-piece Shake roll.  TERRIFIC.

The Tri-Color Sashimi was also a
shocking amount of DELECTABLE
fish.  6 double-slices each of the 3
best fishes, according to the Amer-
ican palate -- Shake, Maguro (Aka-
mi) and Hamachi.  WONDERFUL.
I was a little surprised when such a
large portion of OKAZU was not
accompanied by a portion of white
rice.  Since there is no way to order
extra rice on the website, I assumed
it was included.

Little details cannot detract from
the OVERALL impression.  Sayori
is a SUSHIYA FOR SUSHI FANS.
If you love sushi this is the best
place in the POST ROAD area.
A tiny bit more costly, but
WELL WORTH IT.

I really love thequality of the sushi and ffood here, and have always been happy with everything I order. One small complaint I have is that the additional sauces you pay $1 for are only fille to about 1/4 of the cup which is disappointing.
