The Dasher was quick and considerate, and the food arrived warm despite the distance and traffic. The meal was fresh and flavorful, and the portions were good. My daughter especially loved the extra spaghetti sauce over her noodles, and the meatballs were great. The only issue was that the order was not placed evenly in the bag, so it shifted and caused some mess when it was carried out. The breadsticks also could have been packaged more securely. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would order again.

I’ve mentioned this restaurant before, and this was by far the worst experience yet. I gave it another chance because there had been times when the quality was acceptable, but this order was not edible. I placed it before closing and expected fresh preparation with delivery in mind. Instead, the sauce was watered down, the spaghetti sauce leaked into the bag, the noodles were dry, the meatballs were sitting on top of overcooked pasta with no sauce, and the breadsticks were soggy. The app presentation does not reflect what was received. That said, the Dasher was prompt, communicated well, and handled the delivery professionally. The issue was clearly the restaurant’s preparation and packaging. For the prices charged and extra menu fees, this level of quality is unacceptable.

They did not have the wings when I ordered and was given a slice of pizza instead that wasnt all that great. You could tell the pizza had been sitting out for a while and then was reheated. Crust stale and the cheese dried up. The pasta was good though.

My order was mostly fine, but one item was substituted with a lower-priced item without my permission, and I did not want any substitutions. That part was disappointing. That said, I do want to acknowledge my Dasher for being quick and handling the delivery well.
