I enjoyed the pizza but the drink had no syrup all carbonated water but the pizza is good

So first things first, they didn't have white cheese pizza. I said ok let me get supreme (in our messages). They called me again-- said they had none. So I agreed to two pepperonis. They get here. There is one pepperoni and one Hawaiian which I specifically stated "No" to. I don't like ham.
And to top it off. Both are burnt

The pizza was not cooked through. It was still very doughy. The middle part was falling apart. I had to reheat it and put it back in the oven because it was too doughy.
